Mephistos wedding seed issue

Hey guys, I’m fairly new to all of this and have sprouted some photo seeds before with no issues, I put the seed in a damp tissue and zip bag in back of a drawer Friday, I checked Sunday and it’s popped but has a very very small taproot, I’ve left until today and see it’s not developed anymore than on Sunday. Is it a dud, should I pot up or give more time?

stick it in a pot, bury it about 10mm deep

Yeah as soon as the tap root shows I stick them in a pot, just spray that one area with water to keep it nice and damp and in a few days she’ll pop her head out the soil.
