Last year I was watering them every week up until August then it rained most of the summer. Thanks man much appreciated for the help 2 hours ago, Revive said: Only if they need a feed but otherwise no. Like hillbilly says if its damp and only a few inches of soil has dried out then there fine..with an open plot like yours with good airflow the surface will dry pretty quick but that's not an issue. Looking really good dude, loving your plot the girls look pretty happy aside from the fuking capsids, they do so much damage but it should not take anything away from them once in flower.. keep doing your thing dude, tidy job your doing. be lucky Went through all the plants & couldn't find 1 capsid bug, only ever found 2 capsid bugs & 1 was last year & 1 this year luckily damage is not 2 bad but would rather sort it b4 it gets worse can't get up there till nxt Saturday. Thanks man

Hole in the clouds
I was in the same conundrum as you about watering on the weekend. It’s like we’ve had loads of rain but the soil seemed dry! I ended up watering one plot then we had more rain so that was a waste of time.
130RMORGA03
typical. I filled all the water bottles up but decided not to in the end.
130RMORGA03
Went up 2 both sites last night & all is looking good to my eyes. Didn't have much time so just had a quick look but will be going bk up this evening to give a good watering & spray some of the plants with b.a.c foliage spray. We've got a full week of blue sky's & sun. Mighty golds really taking off & gaining size no signs of flowering yet. Site 1 Site 2 All the plants are taller than me I'm only a short arse at 5ft 5. My mate who grew with me last year gave me his pack of rgs exo gold bx1 Which I germinated around 10 days after the mighty gold & I've got 2 short fat lady's around 4 to 4 & a half foot tall which have gone into flower around about a month earlier compared to last year. They are both at site 2. Last year I used bat shit for flowering (not cheap) but this year I'm thinking of using sulphate of potash but not sure yet. murphyblue
Looking great dude. SOP is good for flowering and probably a lot cheaper than the bat shit.

130RMORGA03
Thanks for the kind words @BluePeter. Been up to both sites this evening the mighty gold BX1 at site 2 have got thick stems & shoots very strong looking plants. Mighty golds at site 1 look more slender & posher if that makes sense plant. Mighty gold plant (a) at site 1 as short branches compared to the rest of the mighty golds but I think maybe that's because she was trapped in her cage longer & grew to the shape of the cage, just a guess. All plants at site 1 look smaller compared to sight 2 not sure why, they all had same fertilisers mixed into they planting holes. No signs of flowering yet with the mighty gold BX1's. Pictures of mighty gold from sight 1 Might golf's at site 2 Exo Gold BX1's at site 2 are in flower So I've opend the plants out by staking long cob tree branches around the plants & then tied the branches of the exo golds to the stakes. Hopefully this will help get more air flow around the plants plus support the branches. Was thinking of doing this last year but never did. Planing on feeding them some SOP next weekend. Group pictures from site 2. We've had a great week of warm weather and sunshine hopefully more to come. Edited August 3 by 130RMORGA03
DryMouthSooty
Potential winning diary with that water source nearby Plants looking top notch Is that a purple bucket of bat guano I see there? Did you put the guano into the holes or are you gonna top feed? Just wondering when to put mine down, may wait until I see some pistils.
