Was on plot 5 minutes wind picked up went dark as hell and pissed it down all the way home. Welcome to Welsh summertime been almost like that on a daily basis. The main reason for the plot run was to check the UEL for rot. She is the furthest along and found a couple of small bits last visit and the weather been terrible since. Found a few small bits again but very little so shes a tough old bitch. Cut out what i could see and chopped a few buds for a sample just incase she does totally rot. I have made no secret of my love for the Mighty Gold hardy as feck will take a pasting and some lovely smoke to be had. But they finish a bit late for round here middle of October to end usually. Further east u would get a good harvest with no rot but we get way too much rain where i am and found very few plants that can withstand the onslaught day after day of rain. I flowered out 3 males early in the season 1 subbie seed by @Revive and a UEL and a Fucktard by RGS. I used all 3 pollens collected and dusted an OHG auto another subbie seed by brock1 wont tag him he got enough troubles. It was my first go at making seeds and was well happy innit when the test germination went well. The OHG x UEL is on the subbies list if u dare 20 seeds in them but some might auto and will be regs. Well after my great success in seed making and which brings me back to the Mighty Gold i took clones off the girl in the big pot rooted them started them flowering put them out and dusted one with the UEL pollen and one with the Fucktard pollen. Hopefully pollinated MG's. That was this morning so i finished work early and got dropped off closer to plot. And i chopped the UEL couple of bits of rot but very little impressed to be honest i had a read back earlier in my rolling diary and reckon its a day or too shy of 15 weeks flowering. I made up my mind when i trimmed the sample on wednesday looked nice not much smell to it 2-3 ounces dry maybe but its bud in the bank. UEL. Some bud pics cant remember whats what but the first one is the weird buds on on of the OPG x Zoaps. Cant see any pistils just cone triangular buds weird. Bed pics. Ive not had much rot yet few bits on the UEL here and there but chopped that out when ever i spotted it. 10 days of rain though that will fuck a lot of plants up. My furthest into flower is the Mighty Gold needs 3-4 weeks yet though. I noticed the pot as well dude plan is loosen it all up at end of season and add a load more stuff to it. Anyways the got blue skies and sunshine this morning and they are holding out well bloody cold though. I did find a few small bits on the mighty gold but very little. Not surprising really as they have had a pretty shite week and she is really packing on the bud. A few of the other fems are also looking good despite my neglect.
