Axiom
I managed to snag a Mars Hydro fan which oscillates too.. it's about the same size I think and mega powerful. It has been in use now for a few months with no drama or excess noise. I think I got it for £20 or so on a deal. I couldn't refuse and glad I didn't .. I think even at full price the savings would be significant and tbh they're lights do the job pretty well too ..
Shumroom
@Axiom sorry if I've got the wrong end, but your post reads like you're just trying to be negative about these products, have you tried one yet? Is the noise level of your grow an important factor in your growing? I don't think that Mrs hydro are doing DC circulation fans yet!! Noise level one of the reasons why the AC infinity gear is so popular, for some of us noise is very important to keeping our liberty But also the controllability is great, having more than just 2 or three speeds like most is fantastic for being able to use on seedlings up to monster size plants. Then you have the connectivity, specifically with there own controller, which has over several iterations improved vastly from the original T series software and hardware There's no argument that you can buy cheaper than AC Infinity, but that's not really what the spirit of this thread is about. The Villan
Toatally agree @Shumroom the noise factor is 100% why I tried the Cloudray. on number 3 which is what I have had it on and I can'r hear a thing outside the tent. Missus Vill aka bat ears has not had one complaint so far.... apart from the jars needing refilling hahaha

Skeptical, not negative ... nope have not tried one and just realised that you guys are probably using the EC versions and it's all making sense now. Might go Cloudline for my Veg tent. Looking at Thresh Hyperfan v2 for bloom but they shitty V1 comments in another thread is scary... Not too bothered about circulating fan control though I don't personally see the benefit except for tidy cables and less plugs. The Villan
Got my replacement but have to either change the plug or get a two pin adaptor. What have you guys done ?
Shumroom
Change the plug, that’s the cheapest option. Two wires One live, one neutral No Earth wire required. Make sure it’s no more than a 3 amp fuse Atb
