Its unusual for none to go, I've been germ testing them and rates can be poor if not careful and patient, you have to be more patient than you do with fresher seed. The cases have hardened somewhat due to poor storage. I soaked these and direct planted them, it's a pita to keep conditions right as they take so long to crack and can rot if not careful, same as any seed but with these taking longer to go it can be a pain to get right, I did state this when I sent them in.
