vince noir rock n roll star
they have all been very frosty girls ,the starryders have tiny trichomes though which make exceptional rosin or full melt dry sift ..the flavours are sweet as you like .

vince noir rock n roll star
little experiment as im a clumsy buffoon ,just went to check the plants as ive not checked the starryder that i snapped over a while back ..it could do with some attention which itll get tomorrow when lights are back on ..but then i managed to catch me jumper on a starryder seedling and snapped it clean off its roots ..now is it possible to take a cutting from a seedling which in effect is what ive just done ,planted the snapped top half back in the soil ..we shall see what sort of survival gene these have in them ,..i suspect it will take real quick and outperform the other two ..or itll die by morning ..watch this space . another observation ,the blackberry kush auto i have in there has something the last ones didnt have ..purple coloration in the buds and veins ..very nice effect good to see it . vince noir rock n roll star
right ee oo ,been an excessively hard week this week ,too much work ,too much stress so the plants have all suffered a little due to weird work patterns ..but they are all still alive and have had a little tlc today ,ive also thanks to dutch passion tony and the guys at dp just potted 3 auto blueberries in the wick tray alongside the starryders ..gotta say the blueberry auto was one of the tastiest heavy smokes id had in a while ..plenty of resin on em too ..so looking forward to these .the tent sadly is on 12/12 to clear out any of the regulars i still have on the go from my other diary ,once they are chopped then its rotation of autos for a bit ,a good steady supply of meds with a little excess put aside for christmas ..vac sealers are a must these days . happy days

vince noir rock n roll star
just been to check the germination of the auto blueberrys ,looks like they have all cracked but one in particular is being a bit of a nob ,its decided to grow upside down ,a beautiful white fuzzy tap root pointing straight upwards and the shell heading south into the soil ..ive carefully righted her but ive noticed several strains have done this under led ..is this a common thing or am i just freaky with beans . lazi
From what I've seen, the tap root grows upwards at first, then doubles back on itself until it is under the shell. Like a lower case letter 'e' with the straight line bar being the shell and the curvy part the tap root. When it is time for it to sprout, all it has to do is straighten up, somewhat like a spring unwinding.
vince noir rock n roll star
i agree lazi but this wasnt like that ,this was a total straight growth of taproot about 3 inchs straight up out the soil with the plant growing down ..no return of taproot to soil as suggested .its ok though i turned it right way up and it seems happy enough ,ill take the plastic domes off tomorrow let em breath

vince noir rock n roll star
hey hey sunday update time ,the blackberry kush auto looks awesome ,proper dark purple in the buds ,thats bag appeal right there ,all three wicked auto blueberries are up n running ,looking the picture of health ,i love this strain ,the dutch passion version has so much blueberry flavour in the smoke very similar to the taste of the djshort one from the 90s ..great ,gonna put some aside fro xmas thats how much i like it ,the three starryders with wicks are slowly moving forward ,gotta remember everything has been started off with a 12/12 light regime to flower the regular plants in the tent ,but when theyve flowered the autos will benefit in mid to late flower from switching back to 18/6 so the plants will be kept smaller through veg then overloaded during flowering ..its a plan stan .. the think different also should be kept a bit shorter than most people would do ..but hopefully with it being a long flowering strain it should pile it on at the end .. lets keep em coming ..til next time .

vince noir rock n roll star
well sundays here again ..i chopped the snapped bbka last night ,its not a great yielder this one but it does smell like blackberry and its frosty as anything ..the other bbka is probably the one though ..it looks like the pictures its smells like it says and alround been a doddle to do ,frosty fat buds on this one ..happy days ,the starryders in the tray are starting to hit the sweet spot of the lights and its like watching a slow fuse suddenly accelerate away ..love this stage cos they go from leggy seedlings into true plants .whoosh..the think different though has its own spot but the bugger has attracted the fungus gnats ..so gotta keep an eye on that one for now ..bbut its all good and ill be starting other plants when these gradually exit the tent ..lots to try and lots of new ways to try too ..i got an idea ..
