hey msn … yeah the Trop poison . I had to buy another pack to. I was growing x2 slightly different phenos from cuttings .. so hope from seed they trigger as early .. sure will be fine … cool to hear you bagged some .. think a few will be doing them next season by the looks

Barney’s? Don’t think I’ve grown from them , err actually think I grew some of their Do-Si-Dos 33 indoors , they were freebie seeds with another order when I bagged some Dos-Sweet-Dos (sweet seeds) .. did dust the alleged 33’s with the Malawi pollen so got a couple fem crosses seeds from that … I wasn’t blown away by the 33.. tho heavy yielder… also wasn’t 100% it was that strain even as were freebie seeds that came in an unmarked sealy bag .. I messaged the seed distributor to ask what they were .. they said they were the Do-Si-Dos  33 but I dunno   … I’ve grown big Buddha cheese indoors a few times  .. and again recently as had a few old beans kicking about, but I ain’t that into it to be honest, kept cuts for a bit but ran the last ones recently  … I guess you gotta find a good Pheno … dunno

sounds like a gamble trying those cheese outdoors unless you seen someone pull them off… I’d stick with outdoor verified strains myself  unlesss I’d heard they finish outdoors  , but that’s just me … it’s good that people experiment tho to find out . I just wouldn’t wanna risk polishing a turd if I can help it .. and waste a good hole / plus the risks for nothing etc

Yeah your right Ive been toying with he idea, humming and haaring .not convinced they will finish. Just love me some cheese. Only got 5 holes to fill so will give them a miss and sit on them.

Do you know how cheesy exo gold is?

Really wanna do a cheese strain.

Any recommendations?

Yeah looking forward to Tropicana poison. That's filling a hole .

Then a fast zkittles I did in my garden that I cropped and has been on my living room, no lights or owt and it's somehow started to reveg.crazy!!! So that's worthy of a hole.

Definitely doing a fast lemon cake after all the buzz about it.

Just two more to fill . Still deciding.

I could dig some more but I really don't need to

What you putting out this year?

I'm gunna re ammend my spot in a month or so .

Trim jail really was a ball ache as you know but was hard as they all finished around same time and were bigguns.all worth it tho.

Anyway all the best erbman

@Madmacca I didn’t find Exo gold that cheesy.. but I may have cropped a little bit early on them I think.. very solid nugs tho.. if I was to run them again I’d try and cook them more.. Revive seemed to like the results he got with Exo Gold in his last season, can’t remember if it was a particular Pheno that he favoured… I’m defo gonna run Green Gold again which is what the Exo is crossed with… I preferred the results from that than Exo.. but no ain’t cheesy in any way, not that it’s meant to be

now I’m running a couple of strains that already have serious 6 in them plus I’ve got some beans of serious 6 itself left … but I did clock RGSC’s new Super 61 has got cheese in it if I recall … I’d be tempted … dunno how cheesy it will be but it sprung to mind … sure I will try it eventually … I’m kinda looking forward to hear how peeps do with it this season.

anyway … there’s dudes on here that know much more than me … anything extra cheesy for our man here guys ? Something that finishes?

mmm jus thought .. I think Sweet Seeds do a fast version cheese strain called ‘Sweet cheese’ … I think folks have grown it on this website, dunno if it’s any good

@Erbman T     Morning sir , hows things ?     I see your a busy man as always !

 I did 2 of the Super 61 in the garden last year ,  went pretty well ,  nice structured plant & nuggets.

I did a larger one and one in a 1ltr pot as a tester for me moving forward in respect of small pots & my health  ,  i cooked til approx 20% amber ,  quite fruity / skunky aroma and she performed very well ,  solid performance from my view but obv pheno variations will play and i only did the 2 so cant really comment on bigger picture.

Personally not tried it but from stuff shared the feedback was reasonable.     Hopes thats of some use sir

@OldFord morning man… I’m good Thankyou,

yes your 1lite pot with hay ? Looked mental that mate! Sure got me scratching my head ….. and thinking was it worth lugging round those heavy bags of compost .. guess you need more nutes ? Was wondering about wacking a bit of hay in some of my holes, maybe would promote more air to the roots … but I suspect would dry out quicker which might not be ideal for Gorrilla if wanna keep visits to a minimum

looked amazing tho your 1liter pot lol …

from the pics I’ve seen of Super 61 looks like it’s carried over some of the structural look of serious 6, well you’d expect it to

@Erbman T    Good to hear and been keeping an eye on your on goings   :george:

 Yeah all my runs are in a hay mix and a firm less is more approach ,  im very happy with the method & reward but taken a while to get there but its all part of the fun :yep:

Super 61 was very nicely structured and she didnt suffer a trace of rot , even with the left out stuff after the 1st chop , the 2nd shop approx 3wks later was spotless mate.

The 2nd chop was well amber and feedback was very favourable.

@Bad Apple good work .. so it’s actually skunky ! That’s good. Have you smoked Serious 6 before ? Sounds like an improvement if it’s skunky and strong. Serious 6 seems on the lighter end strength wise from what I’ve found and many others have reported..

here’s a bit of Malawi x NL x DFG I’ve got finishing off in the tent … I forgot to write down starting date of flowering, but from what I remember was beginning of Dec… so I’m assuming got a couple of weeks left

I know it’s indoors but everybody deserves a bit of bud porn on a Sunday afternoon ..,

I keep the cuttings going for outdoor purposes anyway… I find it’s easier to flower off cuttings after a while rather than keep repotting up as is much fussier than all other strains I’ve kept going as cuttings… I just take more cuttings before flowering large.ECB7AB0B-45C4-4354-A757-6F322641E248.jpeg
