My friend wants to do a poo then put it in a bag and give it to me he said he does it at his plots all the time.I must admit his grows are nice but he recons I will need about 7-9 poo’s to multi task a plot I.e pest control,fertiliser,moisture trapping quality.Can I ask has anyone else tried this I mean obviously don’t use your own but like em a good friend.If no one has personally tried it what do you think of my very good friends idea peace out.goohfy

this cracked me up. why not your own ???

Sorry to hear your lonely mate. we are living through some weird times. I've been trying to stay positive and motivated, putting my mind into gging and hobbies but its getting harder to ignore the fact I just want a beer and a spliff with a few mates, or to hug a loved one. keep your chin up best you can but don't hesitate to reach out if things get on top of you, some caring folks out there and on this forum.

Things seem to have a habit of coming all at once, or at least that's how it feels when we reach the point of being overwhelmed by them. Life's only constant is change, I find it important to remember that, it helps to appreciate the good and accept the bad. I lost my Grandmother yesterday, absolute gem of a woman, showed me the joy of horticulture. The pain is intense, but at the same time I understand what a privilege it is to feel that pain, I feel lucky to love someone so much that it hurts this much to lose them, to share that unbreakable bond with such an amazing person and all the wisdom she shared. When we can nurture the right way of looking at things we can see the positive in all of life's experiences, that's something she taught me.

There's a couple of posh parks on my route and on the main gate of one this morning was a prettified box with love notes for anybody who felt they needed to take one.

I did.

I'm impressed that someone has taken the time and care to spread some love around. I've no idea who they are or that their life might be as shit as mine but there's a light of hope. I've taken that hope with me and it's boosted my day.

Thank you, lovely stranger!

Random encounter;  Out with my very large backpack today dropping a few things off close to site... theres a foot/cycle path couple hundred meters away... anyway walking back along this footpath a guy on a bike with a small backpack on rides past then stops comes back and says 'excuse me mate, that bag pack youve got what litre is it?' i say i dont know and hes like 'looks big like a 100 or 120 ltr one' i reply, yeah it probably is. he says 'yeahh looks like one'

now i can tell you this guy defo was not out for his daily exercise lol my initial thought was.. he knew what im upto thats why he asked the size of the backpack? as i reckon if i was in the middle of nowhere and seen a guy with his oversized empty looking bag id be like... nice big bag that mate lol

@BLhaze

Hmmmm....

While I wouldn't rule out your gut instinct, I do know dozens of walkers - and like trainspotters, backpack porn tickles the parts that other bivouacs can't reach. Me not being there, I'd need more before I got truly concerned. I'd rest easy for now.

If there's another mention, you're breaking it in for the Pennines Trail later this year. :yep:

@KayDog Im not worried about my spot being compromised because i was a good mile away from it i was at a place i use to drop off gear, a half way through the the fields etc... so im good there.. it was more of a - This guy knows what im upto lol the bag i was using is a good £400 backpack that i acquired at a good price :unsure: and by no means am i judging or branding but this kid (early 20s) wasnt the type to know about Backpacks.. and the bike he was on was most likley stolen by the looks of it... basically what im getting at is his intrigness towards the size of it was more of a hint wink wink moment.... just thought id share the randomness of it lol ... fucker came out of nowhere too (forest to the side) made me jump!
