Sarah Neufeld is married to a guy called Colin Stetson, I've posted some of his music before, he is an incredible saxophonist. He puts a microphone on his sax, inside his sax (so you get drum like sounds from the keys being clicked) and an mic on his neck. He plays the sax and sings down it at the same time . They released an album together in 2015 and its definitely one of my favourite albums in the last ten years. This tune is incredible.
