When To Lower Bloom+up The Grow?

Highflyer

Recommended Posts

Hi im using 1ml grow and 4ml bloom and 4ml topmax and im in week 7. Ive been told to lower the bloom and topmax at week 8 and up the grow for a smoother smoke. Is this true? Also does it mean 2ml grow+2mlbloom+2ml topmax to finish.

Any help would be gratefull.

Quite the opposite mate. Cut down the Bloom, & up the Grow in the last two weeks of 12/12. Cutting out the P & K & adding more N will give you a smoother tastier end product

how about being a bit more specific mr Bishie.. im quite interested in this too..

how much do you up your grow by and decrease your bloom and topmax?

This is a Bish quote........

Aye bud, start decreasing the Bloom & upping the Grow. The last 2-3 weeks is sweet

My last C99 before harvest were on 3-4ml Grow & 1ml Bloom - lovely sweet burn

Should do the trick :)

It's also about knowing your plants requirements. If they're suffering from too much (N), then increase the Grow slowly.

Don't use Topmax, so can't comment on it. They reckon it gives a sweeter taste, but after increasing the Grow & decreasing the Bloom on my last C99 grow, it's sweet enough for me. It burns lovely too.

Here's my babie's at the moment. They already look nice and green at 1ml per litre of water at 52 days in flower. Will upping the grow stop the fattenning up in the last 2 week?

Here's another........

What do you think?

20% brown hairs but no yellowing on 1ml grow all the way through flower.
